2. it doesn't matter; never mind; used to reassure someone that things are okay

   A: 抱歉我迟到了。B: 没关系，不要紧。 A bàoqiàn wǒ chídào le B méiguānxì búyàojǐn — A: Sorry I'm late. B: It's okay, it doesn't matter.
