   他对这个结论不服。 tā duì zhège jiélùn bùfú — He is not convinced by this conclusion.

2. to refuse to obey or submit to authority; to defy discipline or orders

   他不服管教，总是顶嘴。 tā bùfú guǎnjiào zǒngshì dǐngzuǐ — He refuses to accept discipline and always talks back.
