1. uneven; not level (physical surface)

   地面不平，走路要小心。 dìmiàn bùpíng zǒulù yào xiǎoxīn — The ground is uneven; watch your step.

2. injustice; unfairness; grievance

   工人们对裁员安排感到很不平。 gōngrén men duì cáiyuán ānpái gǎndào hěn bùpíng — The workers feel there's a lot of injustice in the layoff arrangements.

3. indignant; dissatisfied; feeling wronged

   听到那些指责后，他显得很不平。 tīngdào nàxiē zhǐzé hòu tā xiǎnde hěn bùpíng — After hearing those accusations, he looked very indignant.
