2. the seat to the right of the main guest (honorific seating)

   按礼仪，新来的客人应坐在主宾的下手位置。 àn lǐyí xīn lái de kèrén yīng zuòzài zhǔbīn de xiàshǒu wèizhì — According to etiquette, the new guest should sit in the seat to the right of the main guest.
