下坠 — xiàzhuì

1. to fall; to drop; to droop (of an object)

   物体从高空下坠，速度越来越快。 wùtǐ cóng gāokōng xiàzhuì sùdù yuèláiyuèkuài — The object fell from a great height, its speed increasing.

2. (medicine) to experience tenesmus; sense of pelvic/rectal heaviness or dropping

   病人抱怨有下坠感，伴有里急后重与排便困难。 bìngrén bàoyuàn yǒu xiàzhuì gǎn bànyǒu lǐ jí hòu zhòng yǔ páibiàn kùnnán — The patient complained of a sensation of dropping, accompanied by tenesmus and difficulty defecating.
